Stroke Honing Consumables
Consumable products such as abrasives and fluids are offered from Barnes to satisfy your stroke honing needs. These products are typically on the shelf and available for immediate delivery.
Stroke honing abrasives include diamond, CBN and vitrified materials provided on holders or in a raw or non-mounted condition. These abrasive products are available in a myriad of sizes, shapes, grit, grade and concentration and can be configured for practically any stroke honing application.
Honing fluids including both oil and water based coolants are offered in 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drum containers. Special blends or additives can also be provided to optimize your stroke honing application.
Barnes offers a complete line of abrasives that are customized to fit your particular application. We have a variety of metal bonded diamond and CBN superabrasive honing stones.
